Laura Muccitelli
Principal and founder of LM Family Law Solutions.
I was admitted to practice in 2001 and have been practising law for about 20 years. Throughout my legal career I have worked for various law firms in Melbourne and Brisbane and have assisted many clients with their complex financial and parenting matters.
I provide clients with exceptional legal advice and service, and I strive to think laterally and practically to achieve the best possible outcome for them.
I acknowledge my clients as individuals and I do all I can to manage their expectations with regular and open communication and transparency.
My clients are people and not just another case!
In addition to practising in family law, LM Family Law Solutions is a well-rounded practice which also deals with:
- Child protection matters having worked for the relevant government departments in Queensland and in Darwin, and
- Wills and Estate litigation.
Outside of the law, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, travelling and playing golf.
We offer home services to elderly and vulnerable clients that are not able to attend our offices.
We offer fixed fees for consent orders and Wills and probate and deferred fee arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
Our practice offers extensive legal knowledge and a genuine interest in the overall welfare of our clients to achieve the best possible outcomes for them.
We provide personal engagement with our clients through regular communication and practical and cost-effective legal advice.
Our practice focuses on mediation and negotiation to reach a practical solution for our clients however where litigation is unavoidable, we are highly skilled in all aspects of family law litigation including advising on strategy, preparing all court documents, and appearing in Court on behalf of our clients.
